A Coordinated Exterior for a Premier Keuka Lake Property
This beautiful Keuka Lake residence required an exterior upgrade that prioritized both aesthetics and long-term performance. The goal was to replace an aging roof with a high-durability system that could handle lakeside precipitation while complementing the home’s natural green siding and wood-toned accents.
We provided a precision-fabricated roofing and drainage system, making sure that every transition- from the main gables to the dormer windows- was watertight and visually seamless.
Roofing: We manufactured and installed a Standing Seam metal roof in a Matte Black finish. This system was specifically chosen for its hidden fastener design, which eliminates thousands of potential leak points and provides a clean, architectural profile that enhances the home's value.
Integrated Gutter System: To manage the high-volume runoff from the multi-angled roof, we installed a custom-formed, heavy-duty gutter system. The Matte Black finish was color-matched to the roofing to create a clean, continuous "eave-to-peak" aesthetic.
Precision Trim & Flashings: Our Penn Yan shop fabricated custom flashings for the chimney and dormers to ensure 1/16" accuracy, providing a level of moisture protection that standard off-the-shelf components cannot provide.
